Michelle Villalobos, MBA, CSP, (AKA: The “Superstar Activator”) works with mission-driven Superstars to reimagine and redesign their careers, businesses, and lives for more freedom, fulfillment, income, and impact. She does this by helping them align what they DO with who they (really) ARE, and then build out the plan of action—and mindset—to support the new vision.
During her 15+ years as a mentor and speaker, Michelle’s most popular presentations and programs include: Brand Yourself Like A Superstar, Work & Play, Every Day; and Sales As Service; among others. She leads the Intensive Superstar Business Breakthrough 3 times a year, during which participants design and develop a new vision and 90-day launch plan –in just 3 days.
She also recently launched But I Want To Fly! an inspirational performance and keynote all rolled up into one. Oh, and it’s a book too.

Like the high performers she works with, Michelle spent many years (decades, really) in pursuit of “success” and “achievement,” only to discover she had sold her heart, soul, and passion in the process. After a long “dark night of the soul,” Michelle realized being happy and fulfilled have little to do with achieving goals.
With the help of mentors, Michelle developed a whole new approach to business and life. An approach that rests on doing the inner work to bring her life and business into greater alignment with her gifts, strengths, personality, purpose, self-care, values, beliefs, and vision. Turns out, this is an even better (and way more joyful!) path to success. Today, Michelle helps others have their own transformations so they can fully express their magic and gifts in the world.
Michelle has had her share of media recognition. She was named by The Miami Herald as one of Miami’s “Top 20 Under 40” and won The Miami Herald Business Plan Challenge (true story: she beat out her brother for the win!) She has been featured on the front page of the Chicago Tribune Business Section and has been in/on CNN en Español, Lifetime TV, Forbes Magazine, Fortune Magazine, and more. She also founded “The Women’s Success Summit,” which was Miami’s largest conference for entrepreneurial women for 7 years.
Michelle just started her 10th year as a member of the National Speakers Association (NSA) and has earned their highest earned designation of Certified Speaking Professional (CSP); she is also the 2022/2023 Chair of its Million Dollar Speakers Group.
Michelle holds an undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College with a double major in Psychology Modified with Mathematics and Spanish Literature. She graduated from the University of Miami’s MBA program and has been certified for over 14 years in the Myers-Briggs Personality Index (MBTI). She is Cuban-Dominican-American and can present fluently in English and Spanish.
Aside from her formal education, Michelle is always investing in personal and professional development programs, including improv theater, sketch comedy, Landmark Education, breathwork, and more.
She was also a dancer and dance instructor for many years (from jazz and hip hop to merengue and salsa) and has always had a flair for the dramatic — which she now brings to the stage when she performs her “But I Want to Fly” keynote.
Kirstin Eggers (AKA: Kiki Kalahari) grew up in South Africa, Kenya and France and graduated in 2013 from the University for the Creative Arts in Maidstone, England with a BA (Hons) Degree in Illustration. Since then she has completed a 7-month internship at a print-on-demand publishing house for personalized children’s books in Gütersloh, Germany, and worked as a journalist and designer for the local magazine “Ultimo” in Bielefeld. Currently she is focusing on her freelance career in children’s book illustration.
Kirstin draw a lot of inspiration from her international background and numerous travels. She is especially fascinated by mythology and folktales from around the world, always striving to tell old stories in a new way in pictures. She’s also an avid reader and book lover and hopes to contribute to the survival of the printed book or magazine as an art object to be valued, something she feels very passionate about in the age of e-books and the Internet.
To create her illustrations, she works in a range of media, from coloured pencils and water colours for a traditional look to collage and paint-splashing for more experimental projects. Uniting my all her work, however, is a love for detailed patterns and rich texture and colors.
